$50,000 one-year research grant Abstracts due by October 27, 2025 Brief for A Research Grant Focused on Innovative Uses of Personalized Molecular Residual Disease Testing in Gynecologic Cancers This grant application invites proposals for research projects that incorporate personalized Molecular Residual Disease testing (MRD) to advance the management of gynecologic cancers.

Projects should focus on innovative uses of MRD in gynecologic cancers, including but not limited to: Prospective interventional or decision-impact studies to evaluate the clinical utility of MRD for optimizing treatment strategies in ovarian, endometrial, cervical, or other gynecologic cancers. Treatment monitoring studies utilizing ctDNA dynamics to inform escalation, de-escalation, or switching of therapy.

Investigations of ctDNA as a surrogate endpoint for treatment efficacy and/or survival in clinical trials. Evaluation of the potential of MRD-guided interventions to reduce overtreatment or toxicity, including financial toxicity. MRD-guided surveillance studies that utilize ctDNA dynamics to inform imaging and/or treatment escalation.

Priority will be given to prospective, interventional designs that explore the value of MRD-informed care for patients with gynecological cancer. Proposals that focus on MRD feasibility/detectability in gynecologic cancer and/or general prognostic value of MRD in gynecologic cancers will be given less priority.

Investigators with biobank-related project proposals may contact Natera directly by filling out a Natera Sponsored Trials research form . Biobank study criteria are listed below: Serial timepoints available, with >5 mL of plasma collected and banked per timepoint. Tumor tissue available for assay development and analysis.

Matched normal whole blood or other sample types that allow for germline analysis. Clinical follow-up data available to enable correlation of MRD results with interventions and outcomes.

The funded project must fall under one of the following areas: Early detection of premalignant lesions (e.g., serous tubal intraepithelial carcinoma/STIC) using methods such as: Biomarker development for early ovarian cancer recurrence. 0 Accelerator Research Grants Two 2025–2026 FWC BRIDGES 2. 0 Accelerator Research Grants are made possible by the Foundation for Women's Cancer to amplify the impact of BRIDGES research protocols. Eligibility: Current or former SGO/GOG-F BRIDGES Scholars developing an interventional clinical trial under the mentorship of BRIDGES faculty mentors.

Preclinical studies supporting a proposed clinical trial (e.g., agent activity, tissue-based endpoints, toxicity/dose selection). Pilot studies to optimize instruments (e.g., survey validation, translated patient materials). Outreach to align protocols with community priorities (e.g., advisory boards, patient advocate engagement).

Integration of correlative studies to confirm on-target effects or identify biomarkers for phase II/III trials. Multisite expansion via collaboration with other BRIDGES scholars. Real-world data to inform trial design and clinical relevance.

Abstracts due by October 27, 2025 MULTI-TYPE GYNECOLOGIC CANCER GRANTS The Genmab Research Grant Advancing Innovation in Ovarian and Endometrial Cancer This grant focuses on understanding FRα expression levels throughout the disease trajectory of ovarian or endometrial cancer.

Priority will be given to supporting research that enhances our understanding of folate receptor alpha (FRα) expression levels throughout the progression of ovarian and/or endometrial cancer. These insights could inform treatment decision-making and enable more precise patient stratification, ultimately improving clinical outcomes.

Representation of underserved populations will be a highly valued feature in the review of submissions.

$50,000 one-year research grant Abstracts due by October 27, 2025 Institute for Surgical Excellence — Surgical Innovation Research Grant This grant supports pioneering projects that will develop a novel community-based screening program with a website and digital app using artificial intelligence (AI) with advanced imaging technologies—such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and/or ultrasound to improve the early identification of gynecologic cancers, specifically uterine and/or ovarian cancer.

The goal of this initiative is to foster innovation and collaboration among researchers, clinicians, and technologists to develop novel screening pathways and strategies. Individuals from small to medium-sized institutions are highly encouraged to apply.
