### Tribal and other agencies Tribal police departments and other eligible New York law enforcement agencies with sworn officers. Agencies must be **current on UCR / IBR reporting** to DCJS and must **have or obtain a New York State Financial Services (SFS) Vendor ID** before payment. * Agencies submit applications through the DCJS Grants Management System (GMS).
* Awards are made at the agency level based on funding bands tied to sworn officer count. * Maximum awards range from $100,000 to $6,000,000 depending on agency size. * Grantee Attestation Form is required as part of the application.
