The legal services projects should include organizations that have a mission and history of providing direct services to victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking. Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations; publicly funded entities acting in a nongovernmental capacity, such as law schools; Indian Tribal governments; Indian Tribal organizations; and territorial organizations.
