Legal Assistance for Victims Program Legal Assistance for Victims Program The Legal Assistance Program (LAV Program) strengthens civil and criminal legal assistance programs for adult and youth victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking who are seeking relief in legal matters relating to or arising out of that abuse or violence.
Semi-Annual Performance Reporting Twice a year, OVW grantees will use the VAWA IMPACT Tool to prepare their performance data reflecting the prior six months of activity for submission to OVW. Access the LAV Performance Report IMPACT Link . January 30th : deadline for reporting on July–December grant-funded activities.
July 30th : deadline for reporting on January–June grant-funded activities. Final reports : Grantees will use the same program-specific link to prepare their final performance reports and then submit them to JustGrants.
