### FY26 Legal SHC Kiosk Implementation Grant This self-help center kiosk implementation grant is an additional funding opportunity anticipated for FY 2026 only. This SHC kiosk implementation grant is focused on expanding self-help services in rural Michigan counties where services are not currently established. The funding is to support the implementation and maintenance of a new SHC kiosk(s).
These kiosks are intended to facilitate access to legal self-help resources, including remote navigation, court records, attending virtual court proceedings, and utilizing the electronic filing system, MiFILE.

## Operation Drive Program The State Court Administrative Office (SCAO) will award and disburse grant funding to districts courts that establish an Operation Drive Program to provide criminal defendants with guidance on how to address underlying issues that led to a driver’s license suspension, while reinforcing their responsibility to regain driving privileges, and handle traffic tickets, warrants, court appearances, and payment of fees and fines.
