Created in 1989, our Lennar Foundation reflects our commitment to our Community. We partner with organizations that assist the less fortunate and improve their quality of life. Our foundation receives a contribution of $1,000 per home towards our Focused Acts of Caring and other grants, to support at-risk children, medical research, and more. Each December, our Divisions replace the usual corporate holiday parties with a Focused Acts of Caring kickoff for the coming year. Their efforts go beyond financial support to dedicating time and energy to help these non-profits achieve their goals. Dolphins Challenge Cancer Lennar proudly supports the Miami Dolphins Challenge Cancer (DCC). The DCC hosts 5k runs, cycling races and other events, and 100% of participant-raised funds go towards cancer research at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.
