Liberty Foundation PR Grants

Liberty Foundation PR Grants is sponsored by Liberty Foundation of Puerto Rico. Offers grants to nonprofit organizations serving underserved populations across Puerto Rico, focusing on education, social well-being, arts and culture, and environmental protection.

This platform does not provide a way to save your application. You must be prepared to fill it out and upload all required documents at once. Only proposals from organizations that received the call directly from Liberty Foundation and were specifically invited to participate will be considered.

Briefly describe one significant achievement that the organization had during the past year. Has your organization been affected by the recent changes in the awarding of federal funds to nonprofit organizations? If so, please briefly explain the impact.

Has the organization received a grant/donation/sponsorship from Liberty PR/Liberty Foundation in the past? * If you received a donation for 2026 (delivered in December 2025), summarize the results achieved or the implementation stage of the program/project for which the donation was granted. Submit relevant supplementary information on this program funded by Liberty Foundation.

Please, include an overview on how the grant was used or is being used. Ex. Materials - $1,000 / Food - $2,000.
