To ensure compliance and maximize the chances of success, UABs Research Development Office (RDO) coordinates an internal selection process. Why are limited submissions important? Maximize Funding Potential: By carefully selecting the most competitive proposals, we enhance our chances of securing funding.
Ensure Compliance: Adhering to submission limits prevents disqualification of all proposals from UAB. Promote Collaboration: Encourages faculty to collaborate and consolidate efforts for stronger proposals. How does the process work?
Notification: Researchers notify the RDO when they have identified a potential limited submission funding opportunity. Internal Application: The RDO creates an internal competition using InfoReady, and interested researchers submit internal applications for review. Selection: A committee reviews and selects the most competitive proposals.
