This fund supports both new and recently completed developments, bridging critical funding gaps and enabling more inclusive economic growth. Applications are now closed.
Committing to Commercial Affordability How It Works How It Works No repayment if affordability conditions are maintained Fills funding gaps for project completion Access to pre-qualified tenant pipeline Technical and compliance support from the Atlanta Beltline Developers located in or serving Beltline communities Owners of properties offering commercial rental space Projects within lease-up phase (0–18 months from readiness or completed in the last 12 months) Project must be located within the Atlanta Beltline Planning Area Minimum 20% of space leased at 20% below market rate for 10 years Tenants must meet small business income and employment thresholds Have gross revenue less than $1.
