LEAP | South Carolina Community Loan Fund LEAP – Local Entrepreneur Acceleration Program The Local Entrepreneur Acceleration Program (LEAP) empowers South Carolina’s minority and women entrepreneurs with the tools and resources to grow their businesses. Over 10 weeks, participants gain expert insights on business planning, financial management, and pitching their ideas.
Since its inception, LEAP has received 535 applications and awarded over $569,000 in seed capital grants to promising entrepreneurs. Join a network of mentors and peers, refine your business model, and unlock opportunities for funding and growth.
