Local Rent Supplement Program (LRSP) | National Low Income Housing Coalition Local Rent Supplement Program (LRSP) The Local Rent Supplement Program (LRSP) provides housing assistance to Extremely Low-Income Households in the District of Columbia, including, but not limited to, those who are homeless and those in need of supportive services, such as elderly individuals or those with disabilities.
The assistance is primarily in the form of tenant-based and project-based rental assistance.
