Local Share Account (LSA) – Monroe County - PA Department of Community & Economic Development Local Share Account (LSA) – Monroe County As required under Act 71 (the Gaming Act), the CFA has developed program guidelines for Local Share Account funds in Monroe County.
LSA funds may be used for economic development, community development and public interest projects in Monroe County and the following counties contiguous to: Carbon, Lackawanna, Northampton, Pike and Wayne. See program guidelines for specific eligible uses of funds. Eligible applicants include any municipality in Monroe County, as well as those counties and municipalities contiguous to Monroe County.
Economic development and redevelopment authorities in Monroe County and the contiguous counties (Carbon, Lackawanna, Northampton, Pike, and Wayne) are also eligible. Grant amounts will vary based on the specific project requirements. I’m uploading agenda items, but I get a message saying my attachments are too big.

An internet search for instructions leads to a variety of instruction and options. Does the application packet with supplemental info need to be postmarked by the deadline or in your office by that date? The required hardcopy with supplemental info should be postmarked by the submission date.
May we submit more than one application? Applicants may submit more than one application provided it is for a separate project. We have three different projects; may we submit them in one application?
