Local Share Assessment Reporting - PA Department of Community & Economic Development Local Share Assessment Reporting The Pennsylvania Gaming Act requires municipalities to send information to the DCED All counties and municipalities receiving distributions of local share assessments are required by the Pennsylvania Gaming Act to submit information to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED).

DCED is required to submit an annual report to the Appropriations, Community, Economic and Recreational Development, and the Gaming Oversight Committees on all distributions of local share assessments (gaming funds) to counties and municipalities by March 31 of each year.
