Missouri Department of Public Safety | Local Violent Crime Prevention (LVCP) Grant Department of Public Safety Local Violent Crime Prevention (LVCP) Grant The Missouri Department of Public Safety (DPS) collaborates with state and local law enforcement agencies to provide a proactive approach for the public safety of Missourians.
