FY24 Long Range Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for Navy and Marine Corps Science and Technology It also constitutes a merit-based, competitive procedure, in accordance with the Department of Defense Grant and Agreement Regulations (DoDGARS), at 32 CFR 22. 315(a). A formal Request for Proposals (RFP), solicitation, and/or additional information regarding this announcement will not be issued.
