L&L Nippert Charitable Foundation CHANGE OF ANNUAL SUBMISSION DATE FOR GRANT APPLICATIONS TO AUGUST 1 The Board of Trustees of the L&L Nippert Charitable Foundation and the Louise Dieterle Nippert Musical Arts Fund (the “Foundations”) have changed the deadline for applying for grants effective January 1, 2018.

The absolute deadline for submitting annual grant applications Over the past few years, the endowment fund for each Foundation has increased dramatically which requires more grant awards to charities in the Tri-State area. This deadline change from September 15 to August 1 will provide the additional time requested by the Board of Trustees to process the grant applications. Grants awarded will continue to be distributed by mid-December.

Both Foundations are currently accepting grant applications for the August 1, 2018 deadline. The mission of the L&L Nippert Charitable Foundation is to continue Louis and Louise Nippert’s long-standing and generous philanthropic efforts to benefit the residents of the Tri-State Area.

Louis and Louise Nippert established the L&L Nippert Charitable Foundation in 1981 to provide financial assistance to worthy organizations who provided charitable activities and services. The Board of Trustees of the L&L Nippert Charitable Foundation remain committed to Mr. and Mrs. Nippert’s charitable mission by awarding grants to organizations that the Nipperts supported during their lifetimes.

These organizations represent areas that include, but are not limited to, the cultural arts, education, environment and health. Louis and Louise Nippert have a long history of supporting charitable activities in the Greater Cincinnati area. Mr. Nippert was very dedicated to medical research, the environment, agriculture and education.

Mrs. Nippert was known for her love of and interest in the arts, particularly the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and the Cincinnati Opera. In 2025, the L&L Nippert Charitable Foundation awarded $5,301,526 to area charities. The Late Louise Dieterle Nippert The Late Guy D.
