Apply for LaDDC Project Funding and Grants - Online Application Apply for Funding: LADDC Grants The Council funds projects that: Help us make progress on the goals in our State Plan. When the Council has funding (money) to fund a new project, we send out an announcement to invite qualified organizations to a submit proposal. This is called a Solicitation of Proposals (SOP).
The SOPs are sent to state agencies and private organizations on the Council’s mailing list. For more information or to add your organization to our mailing list, please contact Stephanie Carmona at [email protected] or 1-800-450-8108 . Each SOP includes information about the project, what the Council expects, and the amount of funds available.
Organizations that want to submit a proposal should: Read the Council’s Contract Funding Manual , Review the Solicitation of Proposal Checklist , and Submit a completed application for funding packet to Stephanie Carmona at [email protected] Submitting a proposal does not guarantee funding.

Improving Veteran Mental Health Grant Program is a grant from The Cigna Group Foundation that funds nonprofits providing housing stability and wraparound support services to improve the mental health of military veterans. The Foundation committed $9 million over three years addressing housing instability and its mental health impacts, as an estimated 40,000 veterans go without shelter nightly and 1.5 million are at risk of homelessness.
