Decentralized Funding | Division of the Arts skip all navigation to page content Louisiana Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism This program provides a system for funding community-driven art projects that have the opportunity to address local needs and issues utilizing the arts, showcase regional artistry and identities, and increase access to the arts for all.
