## Low Income Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP) LIHEAP services are provided to eligible households to meet their immediate emergency needs. LIHEAP can be used for past due utility bills and/or deposits. Some clients may also be eligible for a Home Energy credit.
This program is available to individuals living in Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Putnam, and St. Johns counties. To apply for LIHEAP,click here to apply online.
