Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Summer Cooling is sponsored by Community Action Kentucky (Administered by Community Action Agencies). The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Summer Subsidy is designed to help households offset their cooling costs with a one-time electric benefit, which is paid directly to the household's electric vendor.

LIHEAP Summer Subsidy is designed to help households with income up to and including 150 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines to receive benefits.
