Lower Limb Sports Prostheses Grants | CAF Össur Grant Program Össur Lower Limb Sports Prostheses Grants Lower Limb Sports Prostheses Grants, provided through the CAF + Össur Grant Program, give athletes with lower limb amputations or differences access to high-performance athletic prosthetics.

Offered year-round, these grants deliver Össur Sport Solutions products such as running blades and sport knees through a collaboration between CAF and Össur.

Individuals with lower limb differences and/or amputations Must live in the United States Medical verification of disability is required Must provide required financial documentation Must have a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) recommendation Lower Limb Sports Prostheses Grant Details Products from Össur’s Sport Solutions Catalogue only (athletic feet and knees) Your CPO will determine the appropriate product(s) and submit the order request on your behalf Product is shipped to your CPO for fitting Products not in Össur’s Sport Solutions catalogue are not eligible Upper limb prosthetics are not eligible Funds for socket builds or other associated costs are not included Ready to Begin Your Adaptive Sports Journey?

Yes. Your CPO will be emailed a recommendation form to complete, which will attach to your application. If your grant is awarded, your CPO will then place the product order with Össur .

Orders are only submitted after a grant has been awarded. Can I request multiple products? Requests must be based on level of amputation, your CPO’s recommendation , and limited to eligible catalogue items .
