Through strategic partnerships, localized grants, and community-led programs grounded in movement and mindfulness, lululemon Gives focuses on helping address growing global challenges, including the mental health crisis, physical inactivity, and loneliness. 2 People reached reflects the number of individuals who received services from lululemon Gives partners or actively participated in their programming.
Figures are from 2021 to 2024, are based on data self-reported by partners, and used a conservative approach intended to minimize double counting. Our progress toward this goal included worker wellbeing programs. 3 This figure represents the number of social impact organizations funded from 2021 to 2024.
4 We provide crisis response assistance as part of our direct support of frontline workers, communities, and individuals affected by natural disasters and catastrophic events. This figure covers the period from 2021 to 2024. 5 The in-kind value of products donated by lululemon from 2021-2024.
Provide 20 million participants with experiences to advance wellbeing,6 6 This goal will be measured based on the number of participants who receive services from partners of lululemon Gives (formerly the lululemon Centre for Social Impact) or those who actively participate in partners' programming. Participant numbers will be self-reported by partners.
Participants may be counted more than once if they take part in multiple initiatives over the years. Experiences may refer to programs, services, or resources from lululemon or third parties focused on wellbeing. including mental health, movement, and mindfulness.
As part of our commitment, lululemon Gives plans to contribute $100 million USD by 2030 to social impact organizations and a donor-advised fund for future grantmaking.
This contribution will also go toward lululemon’s supply chain wellbeinggoal to reach 200K participants (between 2026 and 2030) in wellbeing programs across our suppliers’ communities to advance gender equity, financial resilience, and worker engagement 7 7 This goal will be measured based on the number of participants who receive services from grantees of lululemon Gives or those who actively participate in grantees' programming.
Participant numbers will be self-reported by grant recipients. Participants may be counted more than once if they take part in multiple initiatives over the years. "Participants" refers to workers in our suppliers' facilities, the communities where they live, and broader communities connected to the apparel industry.
Programs will be funded by lululemon Gives and may include strategic partnerships such as industry program pilots and research funding as well as vendor grants and participation in industry initiatives.. #### We focus our funding on three areas: Supporting organizations around the globe that are advancing the wellbeing of their communities through movement and mindfulness.
Athletes and mental health Strengthening support for mental health within athlete communities. Supporting the wellbeing of supply chain workers, including their communities, with a focus on gender equity, financial resilience, and worker engagement. We emphasize funding initiatives that support each of our three focus areas.
