Main Street Recovery Finance Program (NEW) - NJEDA The Main Street Recovery Finance Program is a fund to support New Jersey micro business owners and partnering entities that can serve New Jersey micro businesses, such as Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) and Economic Development Corporations that meet specific legislative criteria.
Since the Main Street Recovery Finance Program is a suite of programs, eligibility differs depending on the product. Please see the program listings on the side of this page to learn more about eligibility requirements for each product. $227 million has been appropriated to the Main Street Recovery Finance Program.
Award sizes will differ by product. In order to receive support from the Main Street Recovery Finance Program, businesses must be in good standing with the NJ Department of Labor, NJ Department of Treasury, and the NJ Department of Environmental Protection. The full statutory text of the program can be found in sections 82-88 of the Economic Recovery Act of 2020.
