Major Capital Grants

Community Grants is a grant program from The Winnipeg Foundation that provides short-term funding under $100,000 for a wide range of projects benefiting residents of Winnipeg. Eligible project types include capital and renovations, hosting conferences and events, equipment and infrastructure, organizational planning, and short-term operating support. Organizations must be registered charities or qualified donees, adhere to the Manitoba Human Rights Code, and have completed reporting requirements for any prior Community Grants. Annual fundraising campaigns, mortgage payments, and deficit reduction are not eligible. Organizations holding a Multi-Year Grant are ineligible to apply. Projects must primarily benefit the people of Winnipeg. Organizations may receive only one Community Grant per calendar year, with an exception for formal collaborations between two or more charities.

Commercial Grants Program (Decatur Downtown Development Authority) is sponsored by Decatur Downtown Development Authority. The Decatur Downtown Development Authority offers a commercial grants program to support small businesses and commercial property owners within the City of Decatur, Georgia. The program includes grants for exterior enhancements (Commercial Facade Improvement Grant), interior improvements (Commercial Buildout Improvement Grant), and marketing needs (Marketing and Digital Connectivity Grant).
