Within 15 Business Days of receipt of Letter of Inquiry* An invitation will be extended to submit an official Grant Application or a Letter of Denial is sent to the applicant via email. November 15 is the preferred deadline for the Letter of Inquiry and December 15 is the preferred deadline for the Application* The official Grant Application Form must be returned to the Foundation by certain dates.
These deadlines exist to give Staff and Trustees time to review the applications and conduct site visits if necessary. Trustees meet to review grant opportunities. Within 3 Business Days of Trustees Meeting Applicant is notified of the decision.
Within 5 Business Days of receipt of signed Grant Approval Contract Approved applicants will receive funds once the Foundation has received a signed Grant Approval Contract. As set forth in the Grant Approval Contract Grantees who receive funding are required to submit a Grant Progress Report and Final Grant Report as set forth in the Grant Approval Contract.
