Manufacturing PA Industrial Resource Center Program - PA Department of Community & Economic Development Manufacturing PA Industrial Resource Center Program The Manufacturing PA – Industrial Resource Center (IRC) program helps manufacturers compete more effectively through the adoption of modern manufacturing philosophies, techniques, and technologies.
The program supports a network of Centers that serve as resources for technology implementation in every region of the Commonwealth and serves the state’s small and medium-sized manufacturing industries.
The grant funds may be used for reasonable salary and other personnel expenses, leased space for operational purposes, travel, administrative, equipment, supplies and other expenses associated with the development and delivery of IRC services. The seven, current Industrial Resource Centers. $5.
