USAID Market for Sanitation Activity -- Ethiopia | Research Funding US Agency for International Development USAID Market for Sanitation Activity -- Ethiopia The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for a cooperative agreement from qualified entities to implement the USAID Markets for Sanitation Activity. Eligibility for this award is not restricted.
The overall purpose of this Activity is to increase gender inclusive and equitable access to, and use of, improved sanitation and hygiene products and services. The Activity will work to fulfill this purpose through four complementary intermediate results: 1. Gender inclusive sanitation and hygiene sector governance strengthened; 2.
Increased demand for gender inclusive basic sanitation and hygiene products, services, and behaviors; 3. Increased equitable supply of diverse and affordable basic sanitation and hygiene products; and 4. Improved coordination and learning among sanitation and hygiene actors including the private sector.
Any one entity/organization may submit one (1) application for funding in response to this NOFO as a prime awardee. Interested applicants from within Duke should contact fundopps@duke. edu as early as possible.
