Until funds are exhausted 4th & Goal Program is designed to support learners who have completed three GED® tests with only one more to go on the way to a Maryland High School Diploma. Specifically, 4th and Goal offers short-term assistance for classes and tutoring and for covering the costs of practice tests and the fourth and final exam.
Rolling through Sept 15, 2026 or until funds are exhausted The Public Sector Apprenticeship Innovation Fund is an initiative to support the growth of Registered Apprenticeships within government entities across Maryland. Using the “earn and learn” model, the purposes of the Fund are to bolster the State’s public sector workforce, develop and retain talent, and connect Marylanders to good paying careers.
