This grant offers funding to eligible youth mentorship programs to provide scholarships to students in exchange for mentorship services. Provides funding for Colorado high schools to implement programming aimed at increasing student aid completion amongst high school seniors. COSI is taking student applications for a new scholarship program geared at giving formerly committed youth a chance to pursue a college degree.

COSI: Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative # COSI: Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative The Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative works to reduce barriers to postsecondary education by providing funding across the state for student programming. COSI programs offer student scholarships and support services.

Programs include Matching Student Scholarships, Community Partner Program, Back to Work, Finish What You Started, Fund My Future, and Second Chance Scholarship. **Every Coloradan deserves an affordable path into the workforce; Together we can make it happen.

** By leveraging state funds to generate local giving, the program grows community efforts and engages private donors to increase available scholarships well beyond the investment from the state. COSI will be releasing several new grant opportunities for eligible non-profits and IHE Foundations. For Institutions and Nonprofits that have receiving COSI grants.

As a result of COSI's redesign project, COSI announces the launch of COSI Achieve a program that combines scholarships with holistic support services. Colorado is launching an official replication of the City University of New York's (CUNY) nationally recognized Accelerated Study in Academic Programs (ASAP).

## Second Chance Scholarship This program aims to reduce financial barriers for individuals that wish to pursue a college degree and have been released from the Division of Youth Services (DYS) commitment facility within the last 5 years. Learn About Second Chance We support students, advocate and develop policies to maximize higher education opportunities for all.
