gov The Maternal Health Emergency Management Training (MHEMT) program will extend the reach and impact of the AIM program by strengthening the capacity of the broader health care workforce in non-delivery and/or low-resource clinical settings.
The primary goal of this program is to increase capacity and improve the quality of care provided by clinicians and first responders who encounter pregnant and postpartum women in non-delivery and/or low-resource clinical settings. All domestic public or private, non-profit, and for-profit, entities are eligible to apply.
"Domestic" means the fifty States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, or the Republic of Palau.
