During the first assignment with Power Personnel, the candidate will receive the benefits of the Certification Grant Program. We will assist the candidate to get certified while working on a Medical Assistant assignment with Power Personnel. After the candidate’s first assignment, Power Personnel will provide career counseling and placement assistance to the candidate to transition them into a Certified Medical Assistant assignment.
