As a leader in the field of immunology, AbbVie is committed to supporting innovation that will continue to advance education and patient care for complex immunologic conditions.

**We provide educational support in the following areas:** * Addressing the burden of disease;Understanding new discoveries and new therapies in development; and * Supporting capacity-building initiatives aimed at increasing the number of healthcare providers across immunology specialties.

**We will consider requests in the following areas:** * Systemic Lupus Erythematosus * Inflammatory Bowel Disease Combining our deep knowledge of biology with innovative technologies, AbbVie is committed to supporting education of scientific advances for those living with and treating widespread and debilitating cancers. Oncology is a rapidly changing area.

It is important to provide resources to help patients and healthcare providers navigate the evolving landscape of blood cancers and solid tumors.

**We provide educational support in the following areas:** * Staying abreast of the rapidly evolving cancer landscape and science; * Understanding the importance and relevance of biomarkers and cytogenetic testing; * Developing and enhancing skills aimed at a meaningful co-management of disease; and * Improving communication between patients and care team members **We will consider requests in the following areas:** **Hematologic Malignancies** * Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia * Blastic Plasmacytoid Dendritic Cell Neoplasm * Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Our goal is to provide education and support aimed at patients and healthcare providers managing difficult-to-treat neurological diseases as well as urologic syndromes and dysfunction associated with these conditions.

**We provide educational support in the following areas:** * Addressing the shortage of healthcare providers dedicated to the field of movement disorders; Understanding the staging of Parkinson’s Disease and corresponding appropriate therapies; * Educating patients and their care partners to be active and engaged participants in their care;and * New discoveries of neuroscience and new therapies in development.

**We will consider requests in the following areas:** * Major Depressive Disorder * Spasticity/Movement Disorders With the increase in technological advances and the growing field of aesthetic medicine, we are committed to educating the healthcare community and their patients by supporting scientific, evidence-based initiatives.

**We provide educational support in the following areas:** * Supporting education on non-surgical and non-invasive techniques to achieve the best patient outcomes; * Enhancing clinician understanding of how to communicate, treat and manage patients; and * Supporting educational initiatives with the goal of achieving optimal outcomes for patients in breast implant-based surgery and acellular dermal matrix-based surgery.

**We will consider requests in the following areas:** * Non-Invasive Body Contouring * Non-Surgical Facial Aesthetics * Plastics and Regenerative Medicine New treatment modalities are a continuing process in improving vision care. We will support educational initiatives on the latest evidence and evolving landscape for eye care treatments.

**We provide educational support in the following areas:** * Increasing understanding of the importance of early treatment and continuum of care with interventional Glaucoma (IG) mindset along the patient treatment journey. * Educating healthcare providers on the current unmet needs and the burden of retinal diseases. * Increase understanding of dry eye disease as a chronic multifactorial condition of the ocular surface.

**We will consider requests in the following areas:** * Corneal Health (dry eye disease) * Glaucoma (angle closure glaucoma, open angle glaucoma) * Retina (wet age-related macular degeneration(wet AMD), diabetic macular edema, diabetic retinopathy, including gene therapy) We are committed to improving the quality of life for patients with a focus on disease areas where significant unmet need still exists.
