Supporting eligible organizations working to improve the opportunity of affordable housing or community development The Member Impact Fund is an up to $3:$1 matching grant program that encourages partnerships between eligible FHLB Des Moines member financial institutions and an eligible grantee.
An eligible grantee includes a not-for-profit organization or government entity that has a mission of promoting affordable housing or community development and is located in an eligible state or U.S. territory. This program is offered as part of the Bank's voluntary contributions , designed to increase support for underserved and financially vulnerable populations in our district.
