Current Opportunities - Moses Taylor Foundation Moses Taylor Foundation has three distinct opportunities by which an organization can apply for funding: Rolling Grants, Open Cycle Grants, and Request for Proposals. Rolling Grants are available for projects less than $40,000 and can be accessed at any time throughout the year. Visit the How to Apply page for details on the application process.

In October 2024, the Foundation released a Mental Health Service Access and Availability RFP , with funding decisions made in March 2025. Currently, there are no plans to release another RFP in the 2025-2026 fiscal year (July 2025-June 2026).
