Are you a Nonprofit? - Rebuild Kerr Mental Health & Well-Being Fund The Mental Health & Well-Being Fund supports the mental health needs of individuals and families across Texas impacted by the July 4, 2025 floods.
The Fund invests in priority focus areas identified through the Meadows Rapid Needs Assessment, with primary areas of investment including: Mental Health Awareness & Navigation To be eligible, an organization must be a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit, fiscal sponsor, equivalent public charity, or eligible public entity; be primarily devoted to a charitable, civic, or cultural mission; and serve Kerr County or its directly affected surrounding communities.
We invite you to complete the Application Questionnaire by logging in (or creating an account) to our RebuildKerr grants management system. Start the Mental Health & Well-Being Questionnaire Please note: This questionnaire is not the full application. The Community Foundation will review submissions and notify organizations of next steps by the end of the month after the month you submit.
For example, if you submit your questionnaire in January, you will be notified by the end of February. Organizations invited to move forward will then be asked to complete a full application. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with final funding decisions made within two months of completed application submission.

Funding priorities include: River and riparian restoration Park and public-space recovery Arts and cultural revitalization Community gathering spaces Support for small business recovery and local economic vitality Public safety, education, and other essential civic assets To be eligible, an organization must be a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit, fiscal sponsor, equivalent public charity, or eligible public entity; be primarily devoted to a charitable, civic, or cultural mission; and serve Kerr County or its directly affected surrounding communities.
