Mental Wellbeing of Business Communities Grants Program Round 2 | Eligibility & How to Apply Closed Non-Profit Round 2 Mental Wellbeing of Business Communities Grants Program Round 2 Business Victoria · Australia The Mental Wellbeing of Business Communities Grants Program Round 2 provides up to 45 grants of $15,000 to Victorian business communities to develop and deliver projects that improve the mental health and wellbeing of their members.
Applicants must nominate representatives to complete training and coaching before submitting a project plan for approval and funding.
• Be a local government authority or an organisation representing a specific group of Victorian businesses or businesses in a defined geographic area • Be based in Victoria or be the Victorian chapter of a national organisation • Be a not-for-profit organisation • Hold a current Australian Business Number (ABN) • Be registered with the responsible federal or state regulator • Unincorporated organisations and organisations with an ABN registered after 1 January 2022 may require a local council to enter into the grant agreement on their behalf • Previous Round 1 recipients may apply if compliant with prior grant obligations and if they nominate new representatives for training • Recipients under any round of the Business Chambers and Trader Groups Program are eligible to apply To be eligible, the applicant must be a local government authority or an organisation that represents a specific group of Victorian businesses or businesses in a defined geographic area; be based in Victoria or be the Victorian chapter of a national organisation; be a not-for-profit organisation; hold a current Australian Business Number (ABN); and be registered with the responsible federal or state regulator.

Funded activities include community-led mental wellbeing projects for business communities, such as collaboration programs, co-design and promotional activities, working groups focused on mental wellbeing, and initiatives to improve workplace mental wellbeing, resilience and recovery for small businesses. Funding can also be used for outsourced services related to project delivery.
Recipients are expected to attend training, develop a community-led mental wellbeing project plan, deliver the approved project between June and October 2023, participate in a showcase of projects, and submit a final report by 30 November 2023.
