MH253023 - Crisis Intervention Teams (CIT) and Adjacent Systems Transformation Programs Behavioral Health Providers MH253023 - Crisis Intervention Teams (CIT) and Adjacent Systems Transformation Programs The Office of Mental Health Diversion Center announces funds to administer Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) programs along with related changes to the crisis response system.
CIT programs create partnerships to help communities improve how they respond to mental health crises. The CIT model reduces stigma and the need for further involvement with the criminal justice system.
The goals of this RFP are to: Select a qualified contractor to manage the selection process of CIT sites Coordinate and facilitate training Provide on-going technical assistance to the selected sites Manage systems transformation work throughout the state Please be advised: There was an error in NYS Contract Reporter ad. The ad indicated that ONLY Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses are eligible to apply. This is not accurate.
The error was due to a check not being removed. This has been corrected in the ad itself and the Eligibility Requirements set forth in the RFP (Section 2. 4) stand for this opportunity.
