Grant Recipients : What We Do : REALTOR Foundation | MIBOR REALTOR Association Solving Homelessness In Central Indiana Go to Previous Slide Go to Next Slide 2026 Grant Awards: Your Impact Across 10 Counties We are excited to share that the MIBOR REALTOR® Foundation has awarded more than $220,000 in 2026 grants to 24 nonprofit organizations across 10 counties, all with programs that directly end homelessness.
This is the impact you made possible. Because of the real estate community’s generosity through our events, sponsorships, transactional giving, and year-round initiatives, we are able to invest in programs that move people out of homelessness and into a safe, stable home. Every gift, every event ticket, every sponsorship, and every closing donation helps build this grant fund.
This year’s grants reflect what our members care about most: real housing solutions. These grants support nonprofits that provide direct housing outcomes. Your support ensures that programs across our region have the resources they need to help people exit homelessness and secure permanent housing.
Our message stays simple and true. Homelessness ends with a home. This community is proving it, county by county.
