Resources for communities Marking TechSpark’s anniversary Celebrating TechSpark Fellows The TechSpark Community Engagement Fellowship is a program that builds off the lessons learned from Microsoft TechSpark and activates these learnings in all 50 states. Communities were selected through a competitive open grant application focused on creating digital inclusion and inclusive economic opportunities.

That’s why we’re sharing learnings, frameworks and resources, so that interested community stakeholders – governments, nonprofits, and businesses – can create inclusive economic opportunities in their own communities.
Marking TechSpark’s anniversary Founded in 2017, Microsoft TechSpark fosters inclusive economic opportunity, job creation, and innovation. Since its inception in seven communities across the US, more than $125 million in community funding has been secured, 55,000 people skilled, and 3,300 jobs created.
We partner across sectors to understand the unique challenges and to explore solutions, programs and partnerships that will be most effective in local communities. We’re focusing on helping higher education students see first-hand how AI and cloud computing can transform the agriculture industry.
