3. Grant Application Form ##### **Thank you for your interest in applying for a grant from the Midco Foundation. ** **Grant applications are currently closed and will reopen July 1, 2026.

#### Organizational Requirements To be considered eligible for a grant, your organization must be: * A tax-exempt 501(c)(3) charitable organization with a 509(a)(1) or (2) designation * An accredited school or university to which contributions are deemed tax deductible by the IRS * A public agency located in the United States **Eligibility of an organization may change at any time and is at the discretion of the Midco Foundation.
** Priority is given to organizations located in the Midco service area.
#### Ineligible Organizations and Requests Grants from the Midco Foundation CANNOT be applied to any of the following: * Free or discounted Midco services * General operation expenses (heat, electricity, travel, staff, salaries, workshops) * Political organizations, political campaigns or lobbying efforts * Programs that exclusively serve religious purposes * Organizations whose activities directly benefit a Midco team member, a family member or represent a conflict of interest for Midco or the team member * Organizations whose main function is donating to other charities We�ve confirmed your scheduled account service transfer.
