Applicants must have a DUNS number. Preference is given to programs that incorporate veterans' initiatives, literacy festivals and programs, film projects, and themes from their annual Signature Series. The MHC will not fund 100% of project costs; applicants must show in-kind or cash contributions at least equal to MHC's contribution.
