Minnesota Job Skills Partnership Request for Proposals Minnesota Job Skills Partnership Request for Proposals Minnesota Job Skills Partnership - Low Income Worker Training Program The Minnesota Job Skills Partnership (MJSP) Board, through the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED), is soliciting grant applications for grant funding for the Low Income Worker Training Program.
The Low Income Worker Training Program provides grants to eligible organizations to help individuals with incomes at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines, who may be unemployed or working in low wage jobs, receive training to acquire additional skills in order to move up the career ladder to higher paying jobs and economic self-sufficiency. DEED is committed to empowering the growth of the Minnesota economy for everyone.
DEED facilitates an economic environment to produce jobs and improve the quality of the state’s workforce. The deadline for the submission of regular grant applications is 4:30 p. m.
, Central Time, on Monday, September 16, 2024 . Late applications will not be considered. The applicant will incur all costs incurred in applying to this RFP..

MJSP will accept applications for the Partnership and Pathways Programs.
