M-STAR aims to advance agency goals by enhancing institutional awareness of resources that strengthen the capacity of MSIs to offer and support STEM research at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. It focuses on fostering connections between MSI administrators and STEM leaders to cutting-edge initiatives, ultimately increasing competitiveness to secure research funding and contracting opportunities. NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship Program is a grant from NVIDIA providing up to $60,000 per award to PhD students conducting research that advances accelerated computing and its applications.
