Missouri Scholarship & Loan Foundation Missouri Scholarship & Loan Foundation Programs EmpowerED Financial Literacy Services EmpowerED is dedicated to equipping high school and college students with knowledge and skills needed to manage their finances effectively for lifelong success. Most sessions are virtual, with in-person events noted in the schedule. The Advancing Futures Fund provides one-time financial assistance to Missouri students pursuing short-term credentials in high-demand career fields.
Missouri Family Education Loan Program (MOFELP) The Missouri Scholarship & Loan Foundation (MSLF) and the Higher Education Loan Authority of the State of Missouri (MOHELA) are pleased to offer the Missouri Family Education Loan Program (MOFELP).
MOFELP is a private student loan program designed to provide borrowing options for Missouri students who have financial need but may not meet the traditional credit requirements for private loans. MSLF is the MOFELP lender, and MOHELA is the servicer for MOFELP The funds for MOFELP are limited for each academic year and are available on a first come, first served basis.
These funds, while available, will be used to make interest free MOFELP loans to students attending Participating Schools who meet the eligibility, underwriting and other requirements. *For the 2025-2026 academic year, we will only issue new MOFELP loans to eligible students who were previous borrowers under this loan program in the 2024-2025 academic year or earlier.

Finish Line Degree Completion Grant Program The Finish Line Degree Completion Grant is a program that assists Missouri students who either have left school with an outstanding balance or who are in their final semester and have exhausted all federal financial aid options. My Missouri "MyMO" Scholarship Promise Program MyMO will assist Missouri students on their pathway to college starting their 9th grade year.

You will need information regarding your family's income and assets to complete the calculator. Please Note : As a 9th grader, you cannot yet complete the actual FAFSA. You must complete the FSA Estimator for the purposes of the MyMO application.
Purdy Emerging Leaders Scholarship The Purdy Emerging Leaders Scholarship Program , named in honor of Allan Walker Purdy, is designed to provide scholarships to emerging leaders who are outstanding students and who need additional funding for higher education. We are looking for leaders on Missouri college campuses and/or in the community!
This scholarship supports candidates who demonstrate leadership, character, and academic performance. This program is open to students who started higher education right after high school as well as adult learners who are now pursuing or returning to complete a degree. Additionally, these students have a vision, are eager to make their contribution to the world and have the work ethic to bring their dreams to fruition.
Applications must be submitted online through the My Scholarship Central application process. Show-Me to College Scholarship (formerly called Access EXTRA Scholarship) The Missouri Scholarship & Loan Foundation's Show-Me to College Scholarship is a private scholarship for students with a Student Aid Index of 12,000 or less, a GPA of 3.
50 or higher at a Missouri high school, and proven record of community service, extracurricular participation, and/or work experience. Students will be required to complete an online application on My Scholarship Central, including uploading their FAFSA Submission Summary, high school transcript, and answering a few questions. Applications must be submitted online through the My Scholarship Central application process.
