Missouri Housing Trust Fund-Disaster Relief (MHTF-DR) Missouri Housing Trust Fund (MHTF) Missouri Housing Trust Fund-Disaster Relief (MHTF-DR) Missouri Housing Innovation Program (MoHIP) Missouri Affordable Housing Assistance Program (AHAP) Shelter Operations Support (SOS) Missouri Housing Trust Fund-Disaster Relief (MHTF-DR) The Missouri Housing Trust Fund-Disaster Relief (MHTF-DR) program is intended to assist Missouri communities impacted by severe weather or other natural disasters in recovery efforts.
MHTF-DR funds should be utilized to quickly identify and assist households at or below 75 percent of the area median income (AMI) that have either become homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless due to severe weather or other natural disasters. Intended applicants of the MHTF-DR program are Missouri nonprofits, community-based organizations, or corporations that provide housing services to individuals.
MHTF-DR Funds become available in the instance of a request for a Presidential disaster declaration filed by the Governor of the State of Missouri. Please see a list of eligible counties here .
