MN PROMISE Act funds

MN PROMISE Act funds is sponsored by State of Minnesota. The MN PROMISE Act is a state-funded small business revitalization program available to disadvantaged businesses located in certain areas of Minneapolis, Saint Paul, and greater Minnesota.

MN PROMISE Act Grant Program is a state-funded initiative designed to support small businesses in eligible areas of Minneapolis and Saint Paul through grants that promote long-term stability, recovery, and growth. Round 2 is now open. Funding is still available.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until Round 2 funds are fully allocated. Submit the first form and watch your email for confirmation and eligibility results. If eligible, create your applicant portal profile and upload the required business documents. Final Documents & Verification If your application advances, submit final documents and complete identity verification.

Final Review & Grant Award The State of Minnesota completes the final review. If approved, funds are deposited directly into your bank account. The full grant process, from start to finish, can take at least 12 weeks.
