Awards * Your MEP National Network Partner * Network Connections for You * Become a Service Provider * Grants, Funding, Support # 2026 MOBEC Grant Program **MOBEC GRANT PROGRAM OVERVIEW** The Missouri Building Entrepreneurial Capacity program (MOBEC) Grant Program seeks to enhance the capacity of non-profit organizations that support entrepreneurs who are commercializing new technologies around which high-growth companies can be created, and creating sustainable, high-paying, private sector jobs based on the establishment or growth of new and emerging companies.
Organizations can apply for either, or both, types of grants under the MOBEC program: Operations Support and Project Support. * **Operations Support:**Funding can be used to support the operations required to fulfill the mission of the applicant organization. Funding can be used to support the day-to-day operations of the organization, as well as multiple projects or programs.
* **Project Support:**Funding can be used to support a single project or program. The use of such funding is limited to the scope of the project or program included in the grant proposal. Such funding cannot be used to support other projects or programs.
The grant period commences on April 1, 2026. Organizations can apply for one-, two-, or three-year funding at maximum amounts of: _Applicants must have an actual, conditional, or anticipated third-party cost-sharing commitment to match the requested MTC Grant funding.
