This outlook has gained greater focus with the introduction of the Companies Act, 2013. With this step, leading business groups in India are looking for reliable CSR partners who can: guide them on CSR strategies, provide technical assistance, facilitate project design & implementation, offer advisory services, do advocacy with government agencies & local communities, and devise models of best CSR practices.

Currently, HLFPPT has diversified its CSR portfolio to 15 companies including iconic brands such as Bata India & DLF, Fortune 500 companies such as Cairn India as well multinationals such as Orange Renewables & CLP India. With more than 21 projects, HLFPPT is offering Primary Healthcare through CSR Partnerships across the nation.

Operational in : 9 States | Partners : Multiple Partners Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) take Primary Healthcare services to the undeserved communities in far-flung, remote and inaccessible regions. HLFPPT is operating MMUs in a variety of terrain beginning with rural villages on the plains to remote habitations in deserts, forests, hills, coastal areas & urban slums.

With the historic agreement with NHM Assam in January 2017 to operate 130 MMUs, HLFPPT has become one of the largest providers of MMU-based primary and selective secondary healthcare in the country.

HLFPPT has been operating 146 MMUs at 48 districts in 9 states (in alliance with govt agencies in 2 states and with corporate as CSR partner in 7 states): Assam 130 MMUs serving 32 districts with support from the National Health Mission Assam Kerala 4 MMUs serving 3 districts with support from the SC Development Dept and ST Development Dept, Govt of Kerala Uttarakhand 2 MMUs serving 2 districts (Rudraprayag & Udham Singh Nagar) with support from Uttarakhand Health & Family Welfare Society (UKHFWS).

Earlier it has served Tehri & Chamoli districts during 2004-14 Rajasthan (SEHATH) 1 MMU serving Jaisalmer (57 villages) & Barmer (2 villages) districts with support from Suzlon Foundation Rajasthan 1 MMU serving Jaisalmer (3 villages) district with support from Ostro Renewables Chhattisgarh 1 MMU serving Dantewada (14 villages) and Sukma (10 villages) districts with support from Essar Group Foundation Odisha 1 MMU serving Malkangiri district (2 villages) with support from Essar Group Foundation West Bengal 1 MMU serving Durgapur district (23 villages) with support from Essar Oil & Gas UP 1 MMU serving Noida (3 villages and 3 jhuggi jhopdi clusters) with support from DLF Foundation Amrit MMU serving Mohanlalganj block (Lucknow, UP) comprising 20 villages with support from DLF Foundation Telangana 1 MMU serving Mahabubnagar district with support from Suzlon Foundation Community Health Intervention Operational in : 6 States | Partners : Multiple Partners HLFPPT has instituted Community Health Initiatives (CHI) as a model for overall development of particular communities and for improving the health status as well as health seeking behaviour of community members.

The CHI Model works towards: increasing access to quality preventive, promotive & curative primary healthcare services amongst the targeted communities; and raising awareness about basic health & hygiene among the communities.

It has been implementing CHI: With HLL Lifecare Ltd in Kerala and Karnataka Project Arogya with Cairn India in Surat district, Gujarat Project Care with Ostro Renewables Private Limited in Jaisalmer district (3 villages), Rajasthan Anganwadi Centre Improvement Project Nanhe Kadam with Cairn India in Surat district, Gujarat Anaemia Control Project with Apollo Tyres Foundation in Kerala CycleTel Humsafar and Cyclebeads Projects with the Institute for Reproductive Health (Georgetown University) for promotion of Standard Days Method for family planning Read2Kids a health-centre based literacy programme with Worldreader Operational in : 2 States | Partners : Multiple Partners In order to deliver quality primary healthcare services to people living in urban areas, especially those living in urban slums & adjoining villages, HLFPPT has been operating Wellness Centres with various CSR partners.

These Wellness Centres primarily focus on Maternal & Child Healthcare through medical consultations, counselling, diagnostics and health outreach. They are essentially meant for pregnant & lactating women, children, adolescents and people of reproductive age group, especially migrant labourers.

It has been operating Health Centres: With DLF Foundation in Gurgaon (at four urban villages and two urban colonies) With Akzo Nobel India Ltd in Bengaluru (Rural), Karnataka With Apollo Tyres for trucker and allied population in Bengaluru (Metro), Karnataka School-led Community Development Operational in : 2 States | Partners : Multiple Partners With IDFC Foundation in Hoshangabad district, Madhya Pradesh, HLFPPT has implemented a project that worked towards improving infrastructure & facilities including WASH practices (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene) in a cluster of government-run educational institution With Bata India, HLFPPT has initiated a School Health Programme in Gurgaon with a focus on improving awareness about foot care and foot hygiene
