Fueling small and emerging Dallas arts organizations Small and emerging arts organizations are critical to sustaining a city's vibrant cultural ecosystem. New energy. Fresh ideas.
Creative risk-takers. Artistic entrepreneurs. The Moody Fund for the Arts (MFA) was created to help support these groups in Dallas.
Each year, the fund awards grants to applicants with the most promising cultural projects. One project might be the premiere of a new work. Another might give voice to historically marginalized communities.
And yet another envisions a new way to engage untapped audiences in under-served parts of our city. MFA support helps get these projects off the ground and move the needle in our diverse, cultural community. By creating a funding pipeline, MFA infuses support for the growth and programs of smaller organizations.
