Current Opportunities - Moses Taylor Foundation Moses Taylor Foundation has three distinct opportunities by which an organization can apply for funding: Rolling Grants, Open Cycle Grants, and Request for Proposals. In October 2024, the Foundation released a Mental Health Service Access and Availability RFP , with funding decisions made in March 2025. Currently, there are no plans to release another RFP in the 2025-2026 fiscal year (July 2025-June 2026).
