4 billion Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Prescreening and Open Applications Prescreening Opportunities Renew NC is offering a prescreening opportunity to help potential applicants prepare for specific program application.
The process provides an opportunity for potential applicants to identify and develop a CDBG-DR project in a technical assistance environment. While not required for program application submission, prescreening is strongly encouraged.
